Questions owners ask us
Who will be staying in my home?
We work with actors, corporate executives, professional athletes, families relocating through insurance, and other business professionals.
How long is the agreement for?
Our starting agreement is 12 months. We’re always looking for owners we can partner with for years to come.
Who handles maintenance, cleaning, and guest interaction?
We handle all of it. There’s no extra work on your end.
How often will my home be occupied?
We operate at 85–91% occupancy year-round.
Can I come and stay in the home?
Yes, you can stay in your home free of charge. We just ask for a heads-up so we can prepare ahead of time.
How do I get paid?
We send an ACH payment at the end of every month for all reservations that month. You’ll also receive a detailed owner statement with a price breakdown for each reservation.
How much money will I make versus a traditional rental?
This varies by market. Thanks to the clientele we serve, we bring in an average of 2.2–3 times the traditional rent in most markets.
